Abraham helped me find my apartment in Miami in May 2009. I was living out of state at the time and I was only in Miami for one day. After recommending a great restaurant where I could have lunch, Abraham picked me up and proceeded to show me at least 15 different apartments, all fitting the criteria we had discussed over the phone. On top of that, he also told me a lot about the city, interesting places to go, neighborhoods to avoid, and good restaurants. Once I had chosen the apartment I liked the most, he took care of all the paperwork and negotiations, always calling me or emailing me to keep me up to date on what was happening. When the deal was settled, he even picked up the keys and did the walk-through of the apartment. In short, Abraham made a long-distance move extremely easy for me and I think of him as the first friend I had in Miami.

I would like to say that Abe is my leasing agent for a condo I own in Miami. Earlier this year the prior
lease ended and a new tenant needed to be found. Abe found a very well qualified tenant in one day, and the condo is leased and I did not lose even a months rent. He also went out of his way to ensure the condo was ready by doing some cleaning and ensuring the condo was clean and ready for the new tenant. This was not really part of our agreement, and even though I offered to pay him, he refused any payment. This was above and beyond his duties. He also does not neglect his clients. Every time I called or emailed him he replied right a way. He is promt ,efficient, and responsible. And as his name implies, he really is honest, and I am not kidding. Because of this I would very highly recomment Abe for any of his services he provides.

I had only one week to find myself a nice apartment and move out of the hotel. I had high expectations and a tight budget. I tried to do this with a real estate agency but they didn't really understand the urgency. Desperate, I went online and the first one I found, I called. Abraham was very receptive from the start. That same day he sent me all the listings. On the next day he picked me up at my hotel and took me to see the places I had picked out. Once I found what I wanted he helped me to get it at a even lower price. He took good care of me and made me feel safe. In one week I was living in my own apartment. He's the best and I recommend him.
